Yummmmmmm!!

This is my favorite smoothie! Very lowfat and tasty!!

1 very ripe banana
1 C frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed berries of any kind)
1 tsp sugar or Splenda to taste
½ C plain low-fat or non-fat yogurt
½ C milk

Blend it all together until it's smoooooooth! Mmmmmmmm!!!!
